Meet Sarah
Sarah Ortega is a passionate, thoughtful, and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist. She has continued to provide quality therapy to children of all ages with a variety of speech and language difficulties.
Sarah is proud to be a San Francisco native! Sarah earned her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Chapman University and her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Syracuse University. She holds a certificate of clinical competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), the national association for Speech Language Pathologists. Sarah is licensed by the state of California Department of Consumer Affairs Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. She is a certified Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding therapist.
Sarah prides herself in connecting with her clients and their families. She has also worked with children through vocal direction and musical theater. She loves incorporating song and movement into therapy sessions. Sarah aims to create a safe environment for successful communication. She strives for excellence of practice and strongly values the role of continued education.
Sarah lives at home in San Francisco with her husband, son, and cat. She loves cheering on our San Francisco Giants, growing succulents in her garden, taking her son to swim class, and having family dance parties!

We offer in-office services weekly in Alamo, California. Come to our beautiful office space for individual sessions! Enjoy a cup of coffee across the street while you wait for your child!
Teletherapy
